Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be requested by returning the repeat prescription slip which accompanies each prescription. These can be posted or faxed to the surgery, or you can come to the surgery in person.

The prescription will usually be ready for collection two working days later.

 

Dispensing Medication

If you live more than a mile from the nearest chemist you are allowed to collect your medication directly from the Surgery rather than having to take a prescription to a chemist. If you would like to do this, please ask at Reception.
 

Prescriptions Advice

Our Dispenser, Anne Murfet, is available to discuss your prescriptions on  (01223) 519053 every weekday between 8 am and 12 noon
 

Medication Review

At intervals you will be asked to see your Doctor to review your treatment. Your next review date will be shown at the bottom of your repeat prescription slip
