Repeat prescriptions can be requested by returning the repeat prescription slip which accompanies each prescription. These can be posted or faxed to the surgery, or you can come to the surgery in person.

The prescription will usually be ready for collection two working days later.

If you live more than a mile from the nearest chemist we are allowed to dispense your medication directly to you.

At intervals you will be asked to see your Doctor to review your treatment. Your next review date will be shown at the bottom of your repeat prescription slip.
