Welcome to Milton Surgery

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.

Serving You

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Partners in Care

Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.

Care Quality Commission

Read our most recent report is on the CQC website.  Please click http://www.cqc.org.uk/location/1-548043697 to access the report.

Online access to medical records

In addition to online access for appointments and repeat prescriptions, patients may now have access to their medical records online.  Please come to the surgery and ask for the appropriate form and conditions of use, or download it here.  Please allow 14 days for this level of access.  The surgery will need to see 2 forms of identification - one with a photograph and one to confirm address.

Dr Rebecca Steward's retirement

Dr Rebecca Steward will be retiring on 31st July 2017.

If you would like to wish Dr Steward well in her retirement, please ask at reception for a card to write a message.

We will be collecting these cards to present to Dr Steward, in a book, when she leaves.

If you would like to give Dr Steward a gift on her retirement, she would like the Holy Cross Hospice charity in Gaborone, Botswana to benefit.

Please make cheques payable to Dr R Steward, so she can forward any donations to the charity in a secure manner.

We look forward to welcoming Dr Uju Mokah on 1st August 2017.
